my weekend... friday... i went to practice after school then went home and my car is finally out of the shop!! so i took it and went to mikeys chilled there for a bit then went to amys house hung out there for like half an hour? hour? i dont really know i lost track of time but then went to ross's and we hung out and played video games and went to sleep
saturday... woke up went to temple with ross we left and went to downtown summit went back then back to ross's house then home. stayed home for a bit then went and picked up mikey and headed over to hamilton st.... band run through... morain (or something like that) they were ok... ashwin.... they were pretty good.. hit the lights were amazing... royden was amazing..post break was pretty good they only played like a handful of songs off there cd... socratic's surprise set was pretty good but as always they refuse to play anything off there old cd... then i left before kott cuz i had a headache and had to drive home stopped at wendys ont he way home to get drinks dropped of kenny and went home took some tylonal and slept
today... woke up got... went to long island to c my aunt and cousin. ate lunch at fridays and came home went to westfield and met up with justine, justin, and sam.. hung out with them all afternoon dropped justin off at home and came home.... thats about it for this weekend.... twas pretty good

so today was near amazing... woke up at 8. showered got dressed... all that good stuff. then went over to the dmv for my test. gah that shit sucksssss. i started off ok... then on downhill parking gor nervous and turned my wheels the wrong way.... fuck.. then in reversing i didnt look behind me good enough for my person.. and in parallel parking i was doing fine and then i hit the curb (suppose to b automatic failure)... so i thought i was definatly gonna fail. so i finish the rest of the test and get to the end and hes like "so do u think i should pass you" "um.. i dont think your gonna" "well lets ask your mom what she thinks" he calls over my mom and is talking to her.... and then turns to me and says "parallel parking really isnt that important u never really have to do it and i can tell your a good driver so i guess you pass".... i think i almost passed out right there. it was awsome. so did all that good stuff got my license went to my dads office for lunch then up to school. last 10 minutes of 6th period and then 7th period. nice short day. went home picked up my dads car and went up to petes. picked him up and went to scotti's picked up blank cds for my sister and bought the new greenday cd for my self (p.s. freddi passed her test also) then we went to ross's where ross and evan were. hung out for a bit. then drove evan to mikeys and we hung out there then i drove him home and went back to ross's chilled there for a very short time more then left.... got very very stuck in his driveway for like 5 minutes trying to turn around cuz that shit is narrow as hell. and then drove home. only thing that wasnt as good as i was hoping is i was hoping to see and hang out with a certain person today but she couldnt hang out :-(. but yes so that was my day.... and nj made the dumb move of giving me permission to drive a car... silly silly new jersey

yesterday was one of those days where everything was amazing.
it started off with me not having to go to school cuz it was still technically a holiday so my mom said i didnt have to go. then i woke up and my parents were going to the car dealership to buy a new car for my dad so me and my sister could have his old car since ours is dying. sat around listening to music all day. round 3:30 potter called and said he would pick me up and take me to band practice if i went to the homegrown show that i really wanted to go to with him. so of course i say yes and on my way out the door i c the mail is there and the cds i had ordered had arrived. o and sometime between potter calling and picking me up my mom called and said she was buying a honda crv and they were gonna pay the money to get my car fixed which means me and my sister each get our own car and dont have to share which is amazing. band practice was good but short. mad people were there which was cool. then me and potter left for the show we made it almost all the way there and bout a mile from the place we took a wrong turn and ended up on the turnpike. so we got off at the next exit turned around and accidently went south instead of north so we got off at the next exit again (were now 2 exits away) turn around and finally get on going north get off at the right exit (after over $2 worth of tolls) and make it to the show. right as we get there dave ry got there (he had left way after we had) we sat around and chilled for a bit since no good bands had started yet. then we went upstairs to watch halifax, there stage presence was amazing but they messed up the music a bunch but it was still really good. then we sat around some more then denver harbor came on... denver harbor is 2 of the guys from fenix tx's new band so i was really excited to see them..... they were beyond amazing. after every song everyone would yell threesome so halfway through there set they played it and it was beyond amazing. a couple songs later the lead singer points at dave ry and was like "this one is for you sir" which was pretty fucking awsome. um.. rest of there set was so good then dave and potter and dave's gf went to the other stage while me, matt, and matt's gf stayed at the main stage to talk to the singer cuz well hes the man. and hes super nice too. then i went downstairs and caught the end of the bedlight for blue eyes set. im not really into them but they were going crazy. and it turns out dave knows one of the guitarests so we were talking to him and he told us that an A&R guy from universal records was there to see them which is sick as hell. then we went and watched spitalfield who were horrible live. matt wanted to demand his money back for his shirt they were so bad. the matt and his gf left. and homegrown came on. they played 3 songs then we left cuz potter was getting tired.
overall.. amazing day.. got my own car, got 3 new cds, met the lead singer of fenix tx, and went to an amazing show... hooray!!

um...... i hate updating this thing for the most part..... so ill just do another show review from the slow coming day/gatsbys american dream show on the first
ok so got there round 7 or so and parked on one of the side streets cuz we didnt want to have to pay for parking got yelled at and had to move the car into the lot... damn... went in.. turned out it was a big show and was $10 not $8.... and it was very backwards cuz the touring bands were on the side stage and the local bands were on the main stage... wtf... so we went and watched denver in dallas they put on a good show i had never seen them before then was slow coming day. i enjoyed them greatly iv wanted to see them for a bit now so i was happy i finally did. then we went and watched one of the local bands on teh side stage grey lines of perfection... i had heard one song of theres before and they played it.... but i thought the recording was much better then it actually being played live. the we went back and watched as tall as lions. id never heard them but they were pretty good. after there set we met this kid greg i think his name was. who says hes like 22 and out of college... but looks like he was like 18 but he was cool. then was gatsbys id heard them before and i had liked them but not enough to get into them but holy crap they were really good. i definatly wanna get a cd but i was broke so ill have to get it some other time.... ya thats about all i can remember from the show. overall id give it a B or B+ it was good... a little backwards... and ended insanly early (9:30) but the bands were good
